VEGETABLE ROTI JALA


                                                         

Roti jala ingredients:

500gm wheat flour
100gm rice flour
2 eggs
½ teaspoon dye colour
½ teaspoon salt
1 piece screwpine
Enough water

Filling ingredients:

30gm carrots – shredded
30gm turnip – shredded
30gm cabbages – shredded
30gm bean sprouts
Chilli sauce
Salt and sugar
Cooking oil

How to cook:
  1. Make roti jala: Mix all the ingredients for making bread in the dough and stir well         
  2. Pour into roti jala moulds and sieve on a flat pan.
  3.  Make filling: heat some oil in the pan and stir-fry with chilli sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt for balance taste.
  4. Stir well and lift. Let it cool down.
  5. Take a piece of roti jala and place the vegetables in the middle of it.
  6.  Roll the roti jala together with the filling and ready to serve.


NOTE: MAKE SURE ROTI JALA IS SMOOTH AND TIGHTLY SO THAT THE FILLING DOES NOT GO OUT AND BREAK
